Say “Boo” To The Flu

Halloween isn’t the only scary thing right around the corner.

Because October is the start of flu season, All Med Medical and Rehabilitation Center of New York teamed up with Families Fighting Flu, many Visiting Nurse Associations and The Clorox Company to help families Say “Boo!” to the Flu.

Learn about the importance of vaccinating your child against the flu and tips to help prevent the spread of the flu virus this flu season.

Say “Boo!” to the Flu will offer FREE vaccines at the Hispanic Heritage Festival on Saturday, Oct. 14th. Nurses from the All Med Medical and Rehabilitation Center will administer vaccinations and teach parents how to help prevent the spread of the flu virus this cold and flu season.

Where: Say “Boo!” to the Flu tent (near entrance of Children’s Pavilion), Hispanic Heritage Festival, Northeast Corner of Third Avenue and East 150 Street, Bronx, NY
What: Get vaccinated for FREE and learn flu prevention tips.

This flu season, for the first time, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends all healthy children 6 months to 5 years old get vaccinated against the flu.
